Physical Products
If you purchased a PhysioSpace physical product directly through our website, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
Purchases Made on Amazon
Products purchased through Amazon must be returned and refunded according to Amazon’s return policies. Please initiate those returns directly through your Amazon account.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital purchases are final once the product has been delivered or accessed.
Digital products may include:
- Downloadable guides
- Digital exercise programs
- Educational materials
- Video tutorials
- Other downloadable resources

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital downloads once accessed
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
